In today’s society, young ladies are faced with a multitude of challenges that often hinder their success in school, their interaction among peers, and their self-confidence. TIARAS Mentor Program was founded in 2011 to meet these challenges. Girls between the ages of 6-18 require an environment that recognizes their individualism, promote diversity, and provide a medium for them to develop to the best of their ability. The purpose of a mentor is much bigger than the title itself. We invite you to join us on our quest to empower girls of today to become women of tomorrow! You can support our program by partnering with us during one of our monthly events or by making a monetary donation.

TIARAS Mentor Program provides social skills, life skills, and leadership development activities for girls and young women ages 6-18 in underserved areas of Dallas, Texas. Our community projects include the following:
B.L.O.O.M (Build, Lead, Orchestrate, Outreach, Motivate!) – Social development programs that improve the quality of life of girls through cultural experiences, recreation, and the arts.
Full STEAM Ahead – Educational workshops that reinforce essential life skills that triggers a lifetime of interest in the crucial fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, & Math for youth who would otherwise not have access to these opportunities.
To provide a foundation of Faith, Hope, and Love
And now these three remain: Faith, Hope, and Love. But the greatest of these is Love.

To plant seeds that builds character, increase accountability, and encourage FAITH.
To support, celebrate, and inspire our young ladies in a way that allows our program be an instrument of HOPE.
To provide guidance and resources that empower our young ladies to become leaders and encourage them to exhibit LOVE for Christ, LOVE for their community, and LOVE for themselves.
